• Team of twenty has carried out research before preparing curriculum consulted 200+ HR professionals, 100+ Managers from multiple companies working in different departments (5 Founders/Co-founders), This made their curriculum outstanding.

Things that I learnt

•  Routine Challenge

The start itself of the program introduced a life changing challenge of waking up early.Well, it may sound easy but being home thrown during lockdown times and having luxury of getting up at any time having this task was a real big challenge but on its implementation we got to realize the true boost of energy that we had lost just by sleeping that extra hours. Believe me it was amazing feeling

• Stress &  Time Management

This gave me a thought about how to control stress.And also learnt how to utilize the time in my life.In this program, we tried prioritizing what we need to work upon first, and how much time we are supposed to assign each task/work so that we can manage our schedule, for example, homework needs 2 hours, while sleeping has to be done for at least 6-7 hours a day.

• Passion Factor

This played a pretty good impact as I got really focus on what is my passion and how to model that into my career and lead a happy and successful life.It was pretty good task.

• Website Building 

I have done website using programming languages. But here i learnt creation of website using AI (Wix site). It was very good experience, because compare to writing codes it is easier to drag and drop. And promoting our site is really good experience for me.

• Video Resume 

A Video Resume is an awesome mechanical approach to flaunt your identity and skills to interviewers when you are searching for a job. Businesses that can see your Video Resume will probably employ you over those applicants that simply offer a documented Resume.Everyone makes resume but when it comes to making a video of it ,it becomes really new to people like me who ever had heard of it. Video resume building was one of the most interesting part where we had sum up all things in under 2 mins or so .Well it turned out good and pretty amazing including the fact that we posted on handles and got good reviews.

• Advanced Hiring 

Recruiters are turning to recruitment software to help them increase the efficiency of the process. AI based technology the first of kind new advances hiring technology was introduced to us and also techniques that I personally learnt to crack such hiring technique was amazing and really knowledgeable making me feel more confident in cracking such future situations as such.

• Aptitude Session

This is important for our professional development. It may also highlight our hidden talents.This is also a good experience. I have learned basics of aptitude. It was good.

• Psychology of HR 

Well to conquer a role you must be able to judge and act accordingly .Well this is what I learnt when we given the thought process of hiring manager and different levels of manager .This helped me to understand the way they think and expect and how to use it to my advantage in the whole scenario. 

• Team work 

Well one of the best experiences was the experience to be a good and responsive team player. We were distanced geographically with our team members but yet so connected using E-mail which not only gave a sense of team playing but also inculcated the deadline management and importance of communication .Well communication through email was also one of the few new things that we got to get a practice and experience on. I was the first team lead of my team and had an awesome experience on the topic given and to work and keep together a team for the best flow of output.
